We don't waste time convincing people. Only a few understand us (even though we talk as simple as Add & multiply), its no ones fault. We are all limited by our own circumstances right? And the average investor does not like risk, they come in either at the end of the race or at the tip of the bubble as a investor who is definitely going to be blown (galaxies) away from being an investor ever again. But if it was not for the average investors, none of the big investors would have ever made it. "Learn to appreciate all" (what a spiritual lesson!).
Back to us (catching up from the last BOLD sentence). We work hard on our research & network. Find strategic locations that are available at a good price and does not have a crazy 'time decay' built in. And most importantly, has news triggers and the blessings of the blessed...
And we invest ourselves, assist our group and anyone who shares the opinion & vision to simple make money from it.
